8. - Food employees observed not washing hands when changing tasks. (Food employees washed hands and changed gloves when notified.) 20. - Steak for sandwiches cooked/cooled the day before (10/17/18 per the Food employee/PIC) have not yet reached temperatures below 41 degrees F. 37. - Plastic bottles containing various sauces are not labeled with the common name of sauce inside of the container.
