OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
2. - No employee health policy.  300.1 The licensee shall require food employees and food employee applicants to whom a conditional offer of employment is made to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.  
14. - No sanitizing chemical (bleach) provided.  2001.1 Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning.  
31. - Internal ambient temperature of reach-in refrigerator above 41F.  1600.1 Equipment for cooling and heating food, and holding cold and hot food, shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide food temperatures as specified in Subtitle C: Food.  
34. - No thermometer inside under-counter refrigerator.  1524.2 Cold or hot holding equipment used for potentially hazardous food shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device that is located to allow easy viewing of the device's temperature display, except as specified in section 1524.3.  
52. - Garbage can observed with no lid.  2705.1 Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables used with materials containing food residue and used outside the food establishment shall be designed and constructed to have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers.
