SUMMARY SUSPENSION Issued- The Establishment Hindering, obstructing, or in any way interfering with any inspector or authorized Department personnel in the performance of his or her duty in violation of SS 440S.1(k)(I3)P, 440S.1(1)(15/, 440S.I (m)(lS/, and D.C. Official Code S4S-IOS (2012 Rep!.);. For license to be restored, Your Restaurant Total has been closed for a violation or several violations of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (Title 25, Subsection A of the DCMR), which presented an imminent health hazard. Here is what to do next: Correct ALL VIOLATIONS indicated on your inspection report? Complete and submit a written request for restoration inspection with applicable fee to DC Health.
