OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
3. - Observed no employee health policy to ensure that food employees and conditional employees are informed of their responsibility to report information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. 5. - Observed no procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. I provided diarrhea and vomiting cleaning procedure. (Corrected On Site)  504.1 A licensee shall ensure that its food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. 10. - Observed no paper towel at the hand washing sink at the front. The person in charge placed paper towel at the time of inspection. 22. - Observed spinach pie, cheese pie, beef pie, and Zaatar pie kept at a temperature of at least degrees Fahrenheit. The person in charge discarded the foods at the time of inspection.
