OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
22. - Tuna, Macaroni, Potato Salads, and Cole Slaw were above 41 degrees Fahrenheit for cold holding. These foods were placed in the walk-in refrigerator and brought down to 41 degrees Fahrenheit during this inspection. Corrected on site. (Corrected On Site)  1005.1 Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control as specified in Section 1009, potentially hazardous food (time/ temperature control for safety food) shall be maintained: (b) At five degrees Celsius (5 degrees C) (forty-one degrees Fahrenheit (41 degrees F)) or less. P  
40. - Employee observed wearing rings and bracelets while handling ready to eat foods. Employee took off rings and bracelets during this inspection. Corrected on site. (Corrected On Site)  406.1 Persons working in direct contact with food, clean equipment and utensils, or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles shall not wear jewelry, including medical information jewelry on their arms or hands, except for a plain ring such as a wedding band.  
53. - The toilet room does not have a covered receptacle for the disposal of feminine hygiene products. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS).  2707.1 A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for feminine hygiene products.  
54. - Hand sinks located in the ware washing and seafood areas did not have trash receptacles. Trash receptacles were place at the hand sinks during this inspection. Corrected on site (Corrected On Site)  2706.3 If disposable towels are used at handwashing sinks, a waste receptacle shall be located at each sink or group of adjacent sinks.  
55. - Floors of the cooking, bakery and seafood areas were observed unclean. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS)  3201.2 Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing.  
56. - Accumulation of grease was cited on hood vents in the deep-frying area. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS)  1509.4 Hoods, grease-removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be cleaned at intervals necessary to prevent the accumulation of grease.
