OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
2. - There is no one on duty during the time of inspection, that has a Certified Food Protection Manager ID Card issued by the Department.  203.3 A person in charge who is a certified food protection manager as required in Section 203.1 shall obtain a District-issued Food Protection Manager Identification Card (ID Card), issued by the Department, and shall renew the District-issued ID Card every three (3) years. P  
48. - There are no chemical test strips available to measure the concentration of the sanitizing solution.  1803.1 A warewashing machine; the compartments of sinks, basins, or other receptacles used for washing and rinsing equipment, utensils, or raw foods, or laundering wiping cloths; and drainboards or other equipment used to substitute for drainboards as specified in Section 1602 shall be cleaned: (a) Before use; (b) Throughout the day at a frequency necessary to prevent recontamination of equipment and utensils and to ensure that the equipment performs its intended function; and (c) If used, at least every twenty-four (24) hours.  
56. - The date that ventilation hood system cleaning service was last provided to the establishment is not available  1509.5 The licensee shall maintain on the premises a copy of the establishment's professional service contract and service schedule, which documents the following information: P (a) Name and address of its District-licensed ventilation hood system cleaning contractor; P (b) Frequency and extent of ventilation hood system cleaning services provided under the contract; P and (c) Date and time of ventilation hood system cleaning services were last provided to the establishment. P  
62. - The establishment's business license and the recent inspection report are not on premises and hung within the establishment  4310.2 The licensee shall post a current license, valid Certificate of Occupancy, and a current inspection reports in a location within the food establishment that is conspicuous to consumers as specified in Section 4306.3.
