Correct cited violations within 5 calendar-days. Correct cited violations within 14 calendar-days. The establishment is currently operating under a "Food Products" license, and is bagging ice within the establishment without proper facilities/equipment for proper ware washing and sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Please CEASE AND DESIST the packaging of ice for consumption within this establishment until approval has been received from DC Health. Per the Mayor's orders, your license is still valid and will have 45 days after the declaration of the health emergency is over to renew the license. All of the following can be done online at any time: apply for/renew a business license, register a corporation, and form an LLC.
