OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
10. - No hand wash sink for cooking/food prep operations in the kitchen.  2411.1 A handwashing sink shall be located to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and warewashing areas, and in, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms. Pf  
36. - Not all cold holding units have a thermomet located on the inside of the unit.  1524.1 In a mechanically refrigerated or hot food storage unit, the sensor of a temperature measuring device shall be located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit and in the coolest part of a hot food storage unit.  
51. - Service sink faucet does not have a vacuum breaker.  2400.1 A plumbing system and hoses conveying water shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to the D.C. Plumbing Code (2008) incorporating the International Plumbing Code 2006, as amended by the D.C. Plumbing Code Supplement (subtitle F of 12 DCMR).  
52. - Direct connection observed on 2nd floor 3 compartment sink.  2602.1 Except as specified in Sections 2602.2 through 2602.4, a direct connection shall not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. P  
53. - Sigle occupancy toilets are not marked as gender neutral.  3101.2 All single-occupancy toilet rooms shall display gender-neutral signs on the door that read "Restroom," or have a universally recognized pictorial indicating that persons of any gender may use each restroom, in accordance with 4 DCMR Section 802.2.  
55. - Non working ice maching and refrigeration unit stored on the 2nd floor.  3213.1 The premises shall be free of: (a) Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used; and (b) Litter.
