Inspector Comments:
Per the area supervisory sanitarian Mr. Ronnie Taylor, the license has been restored. Correct all cited violations written in this inspection report within 5 calendar days. Compliance will be determined during follow-up inspection in due time. Note: I inspected the back alley with employees from solid waste education and enforcement and rodent control division, DCH Health, during this inspection. The DC Health rodent controller suggested to put bait stations by the trash cans and service them regularly. If you have question, please contact the area supervisory sanitarian Mr. Ronnie Taylor at food.safety@dc.gov. |
