OBSERVATIONS 25 DCMR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
2. - There is no one on duty that has a Certified Food Protection Manager ID Card issued by the Department. (Passed DOK for cold holding)(CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS)  203.1 Each person in charge shall be certified by a food protection manager certification program that is accredited by the Conference for Food Protection Standards for Accreditation of Food Protection Manager Certification Programs. 39. - Bag of onions observed stored directly on the floor of the walk-in refrigerator. (PIC moved the bag of onions to a shelf in side of the walk-in refrigerator.)
